E-mail change
Changing your e-mail address is a sensitive operation and is performed in several steps for security reasons.
General principle
During the e-mail change process, access to your account will be temporarily suspended until the new e-mail address is confirmed.
E-mail change procedure
- Once the process starts, your current e-mail will be suspended.
- For security reasons, you must enter your current password.
- Enter the new e-mail address.
- A confirmation e-mail will be sent to the new address.
- To complete the process, you must reactivate your account using the link from the e-mail.
- Until the new e-mail is confirmed, the account will remain suspended.
- After confirmation, the account will be reactivated.
Please note
- Be very careful when entering the new e-mail address.
- If you make a mistake, you will not be able to change the e-mail yourself.

Support may request:
- answers to your 2 security questions;
- your PIN code;
- identity confirmation via your specified social networks.
Please note: recovery is possible only if these security details were previously filled in your profile.
Password recovery if you are not logged in
If you cannot log in, you can recover your password using your e-mail address.
Password recovery procedure
- On the login page, select Password recovery.
- Enter the e-mail address linked to your account.
- A message with a new password will be sent to this e-mail.
